IDAVILLE, Ind. (AP) - State wildlife officials say the owner of a northern Indiana animal sanctuary hasn't contested the seizure of four tigers and three other big cats.

Indiana Department of Natural Resources officers removed the animals from the Great Cats of Indiana near the White County community of Idaville in late May.

State conservation offices Lt. Dan Dulin tells the Pharos-Tribune of Logansport (http://bit.ly/NeZIPB ) that the tigers, a lion, a bobcat and a mountain lion remain at a sanctuary in western Indiana's Clay County.

Linnea Petercheff of the DNR's Division of Fish and Wildlife says the agency is working to terminate the permits for the animals held Rob Craig for the Great Cats sanctuary some 30 miles north of Lafayette.

The phone number listed for the sanctuary is no longer in service.
