Recycle Man helps kids keep Frankfort green

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - Captain Planet was the super hero who took pollution down to zero, but he’s got nothing on a News 18 Daybreak guest from Thursday.

A brand new super hero is helping clean up the city of Frankfort one student at a time: Recycle Man.
