1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
6 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
3 large garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 pounds lean ground beef
