Students may soon be able to take courses during the school year which allow them to look into the security measures of the Indianapolis race track or visit Chicago for a few days.
This summer there are 15 different pilot program proposals being looked into for creative courses for students to take according to provost fellow Frank Dooley.
“There’s a program out of the provost’s office called summer innovative grants programs,” Dooley said. “They’ve given faculty grant money to develop new innovative courses. It is the goal of the campus to have more courses to offer during the summer.”
