WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (Exponent) - A Purdue senior says her two proudest moments at Purdue were doing an internship in China for six months and joining a cooperative on campus.
Katey Wheeler, a senior in the College of Health and Human Sciences, will graduate in December leaving her sisters at Twin Pines behind.
Wheeler said she came to Purdue because she was simply looking for a school in Indiana, but it was the best decision she has ever made.
"Honestly, I have no idea why I chose Purdue. I was looking for an in-state school," Wheeler said. "But I knew I didn't want to go to IU."
