WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (Exponent) - Balancing schoolwork and two campaigns may seem too much to handle for some students, but for a student says it wasn't too much of a challenge.
Bobby Egan, a junior in the School of Management, had a busy year working locally for Indiana Superintendent of Public Instruction Tony Bennett and nationally for Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney, as well.
Egan used his free time on campus to support Bennett by handing out fliers, T-shirts and other promotional items while going door-to-door to inform constituents about the superintendent's policies.
"It was only challenging when it was cold, but that is part of the election season," Egan said.
