Purdue Research Park celebrates 50th anniversary of innovation

The Purdue Research Park celebrated its 50th anniversary in the Kurz Purdue Technology Center by recognizing the benefits it brings to the University and the state.

Governor Mitch Daniels praised the amount of jobs that have been created through the Park.

“I don’t think there is a more valuable project for the state government than to support this kind of work,” Daniels said. “I see no reason that Purdue can’t continue to grow and bring as much value and world wide attention to our part of the country as Stanford does for the West Coast.”
