WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (Exponent) - Students residing on campus will now be able to make a Walmart run without ever leaving the comfort of their rooms.
Bapaya.com will offer students the opportunity to have Walmart merchandise delivered to their residence halls, with the exception of Hilltop Apartments.
The student-created and student-run service began campus-wide today.
Sundeep Gottipati, freshman in the College of Science and founder of Bapaya, said he came up with the idea when he arrived at Purdue this fall.
“I realized that I was going to need a lot of things in college and that I needed an easy way to get them,” Gottipati said. “So I built a service that I would want to use.”
