Tiffanie joined WLFI in August 2008 as a sports reporter/photographer. She is a native of Lafayette and a 2004 McCutcheon grad but went out of state to Southern Illinois University Carbondale.  She graduated with a degree in Radio/Television and a minor in Journalism.

While at SIUC, Tiffanie played four years of Division I softball for the Salukis, and worked as a city council reporter and general assignment reporter at WSIU-TV.  She was also a member of the Student Athletic Advisory Commitee at SIUC where she helped plan volunteer events and fundraisers for the athletic department and community.  During her college career she also interned in the sports department at WSIL in Carterville, IL and here at WLFI in the news department.

Sports has always been a major part of Tiffanie's life which is why she is thrilled to have a career in sports reporting. "I can't get enough of sports and it is a dream come true that I can continue my love for sports in my hometown. I'm so excited to be back in Lafayette and covering high schools that I've grown up around and played against."

Tiffanie looks forward to covering Purdue and Big Ten sports and to be part of the Friday Night Frenzy that she grew up watching.

In her free time, she enjoys running/walking with her dog Wrigley, watching her two brothers Ryan and Zach play sports, and recently, is trying to learn how not to swing a golf club like a softball bat.
