Matt joined WLFI in June of 2008 as a sports reporter. He graduated from Bradley University with a degree in Electronic Media and a minor in Spanish. While in school he worked at WMBD-TV as a sports photographer.

Being an avid golfer, Matt got an incredible opportunity to intern with KWQC-TV and assist them with their coverage of the John Deere Classic PGA Tour event. "It's truly incredible how many hours you put into this business, but waking up every morning knowing I am covering sports makes the days go fast."

A native of Wilmette, IL, Matt is thrilled to be covering Purdue and the entire Big Ten. He's just as excited to cover the local high school teams and can't wait to be part of the Friday Night Frenzy.
Matt's life revolves around sports and when he's not covering them, you can probably find him watching, playing, or talking about them.
