exactly 6...to bed by 8 pm, up at 2 am

Has any moment in television / reporting history influenced you?

I had the opportunity to meet a man, almost shot dead by his father on the steps of a courthouse in a child custody case gone bad. I had trouble eating and sleeping both before and after he gave me the interview.

Be ready for everything, it can all change in a moment's notice.

Doing reverse planks on a "Workout Wednesday"
