Back edge of the first round of rainfall runs from Morocco to Crawfordsville.  This continues to race northeastward.

Meanwhile, pre-frontal line of showers & storms is forming along I-57 with line of light showers with the actual cold front in west-central Illinois.

There is some sun appearing in a narrow zone just ahead of the line & also ahead of the cold front.

Given the strengthening wind fields & shear, an isolated small bow, LEWP or node in the line with isolated severe weather cannot be ruled out.  However, all the rain & lack of good heating will preclude any higher risk or spatial coverage of severe risk than that.

Sharply colder weather will follow tonight with clearing & lows of 38-45.  WInd chills will run 33-38 by early tomorrow morning.
