BBRRR! It’s a chilly start to the work week with temps feeling like they are in the teens this morning! An upper level low pressure system over Indiana will bring clouds along with chances for rain and snow showers this morning. Have that heavy coat handy for the entire day with daytime highs barely rising into the upper 30s with gusty northerly winds.
