Court documents say that on Feb. 15, 2015, prosecutors received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. The tip was sent after an email service provider suspected child pornography had been stored in an account belonging to 26-year-old Andrew D. Boat.

A police investigation of the account turned up illicit images dating back as far as Nov. 3, 2014.

Later, on June 29, 2015, a social media company reported images of child pornography in one of their user's accounts under the name "SarahWesting," later found to belong to Boat.

According to the company's records, the images had been shared among other users of the socia media service.

On July 30, 2015, a search warrant was executed on Boat's residence turning up multiple images of child pornography on several devices owned by Boat including a laptop, a phone and a USB drive.

Boat has been charged with child exploitation and four counts of possession of child pornography.

According to prosecutors, a warrant has been issued for Boat's arrest.
