Central Catholic duo preparing for state tennis championship

Sami Royer and Lizzie Cramer will compete for a state championship in the sport they play for fun.

LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) — Sami Royer and Lizzie Cramer, both of whom already graduated from Central Catholic, still have a chance to end their high school careers on a high note.

Royer and Cramer will compete for a doubles state championship this weekend. It would be Central Catholic's first ever state tennis title of any type.

State quarterfinals are this Friday.

Semifinals and finals are set for Saturday.
