After dry, mostly sunny Friday with 88-92 & heat indices peaking at 94-99 (after 62-64 tonight with some patchy fog possible tomorrow morning).
Saturday is changing a bit. I went ahead & added 30% coverage of rainfall. It looks like a few spotty showers/storms are possible at any point during day. They will tend to occur morning-midday in the north & midday-afternoon farther southward. However, keep your plans as coverage will only be 30%.
A wave of more widespread showers/storms may pass early Sunday morning, followed by a break with heating & high humidity.
It appears a round of storms may pass late Sunday afternoon-evening with a couple more rounds Sunday night-Monday.
In terms of severe weather, no widespread severe weather is expected, however, a few spotty severe gusts cannot be ruled out.
Locally-heavy rainfall is also possible with some places receiving +3" of rainfall by Monday night.
Tuesday-Wednesday look dry & cooler with partly to mostly cloudy skies & lower humidity (highs near 80 to mid 80s)
Although it looks mostly cloudy & still cooler next Thursday (near 80 to mid 80s), it will be humid with showers/storms possible.
Next Friday looks mostly cloudy & cooler with highs in the 70s with a refreshing northwest wind (gusts to 25 mph).
Preliminary weekend forecast for July 21-22 looks dry with sun, some clouds & nice highs in the upper 70s to around 80 & lows in the mid to upper 50s.
