WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (Exponent) - A certain industrial design major is also an aspiring concept artist who started drawing during his father's flights as a pilot.
Aaron Gray, a junior in the College of Liberal Arts, has worked on a variety of projects in art and design, ranging from manga characters to Hasbro toys. Gray traces his interest in art to his childhood, when he picked up drawing as a favorite pastime.
"My dad was a pilot when I was a kid ... we would travel a lot ... we had barf bags in the seat in front of us and my dad would pull it out and we would draw all over it," Gray said.
