LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - The Little Bird Lane children's clothing consignment sale returns to the Tippecanoe Co. Fairgrounds for its fall event.
The sale kicks off Thursday, Sept. 19 at 10 a.m. Thursday and Friday, the sale will run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, many items will be half off during the sale which lasts from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.
Gently used and some brand new items are that are on sale for a bargain include children's clothes, toys, books, DVDs, and accessories like strollers and cribs. The fall event includes many holiday items like Halloween costumes and Christmas outfits.
Also, Little Bird Lane has vendors advertising services like photography, purses, jewelry, and children's books.
Christina Wright and her husband began Little Bird Lane after traveling back and forth to Indianapolis to other consignment shows. Wright said she realized there was a need in Greater Lafayette and decided to start her own sale.
"What makes our consignment sale different is we are set up like a boutique instead of booths," Wright explained.
Little Bird Lane has two sales events, one in the fall and another in the spring. This is its second year of operation. More information about Little Bird Lane and the consignment sale can be found on the company's website.
